RN Surgery Job Description: Operating Room Nurses are responsible for performing at a competent level nursing practice and according to the standards of practice for the area. Performs patient care and service through a multidisciplinary team approach. Functions to maintain an environment of caring and concern for patients and staff members according to principles of patient focused care and customer service. Par time - day shift: Pay based on experience starting at $30.56 per hour Responsibilities: Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilizes appropriate pain management techniques. Educates the patient and family regarding pain management., Administers medications and treatments according to protocol.
