Job description

How you will make an impact: - Lead, mentor, and coach warehouse associates in procedures, performance standards, and company vision. - Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy in inventory, stock movement, and order fulfillment. - Assign tasks, direct workflow, and prioritize orders to meet delivery timelines. - Promote company health and safety practices, ensuring compliance across all activities. - Support warehouse leadership in planning future capacity requirements and implementing improvement initiatives. - Supervise and assist in receiving, unloading, and put-away of stock. - Ensure proper use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning equipment. - Monitor picking, packing, labeling, and palletizing processes for accuracy and timeliness. - Oversee preparation of shipping documents and coordination with carriers. - Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of stock movements, receivables, and workflow metrics - Train new hires and support ongoing skill development of warehouse staff. - Serve as a point of escalation for problem-solving material needs, inventory issues, and process barriers. - Reinforce adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and...
