Your Impact: The primary purpose of the Sr. Manager Pro & Services Initiatives is to accelerate initiatives that maximize the performance of focus areas within the Pro & Services organization. This role partners closely with business leaders and other cross-functional teams to understand the current state of the business, identify areas of opportunity, define roadmap, and monitor progress against future state. What You Will Do: - Lead and influence cross-functional teams across the enterprise to enhance capabilities that improve customer & associate experiences, technology, process, and/or financial results for Pro & Services. - Project workstream ownership, such as engaging directly with key partners to develop strategy, recommendations, and multi-phased roadmaps, also stepping in to remove roadblocks and barriers where necessary to maintain momentum.
