The Member Relationship Officer will ensure members’ needs are achieved by conducting a thorough financial assessment and recommending the most appropriate products and services fulfilling the member’s immediate and future financial goals. They will assist in generating leads, building new and maintaining existing member relationships while providing a great member experience. What does GTE look for in a Member Relationship Officer ? Experience: Operational: - Effective negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills are a must. - Proven success prospecting, building a pipeline, and closing on sales opportunities. - Identify, recommend, and sell appropriate GTE Financial products and services to create fully engaged financial relationships. - Originate new members through various sources to ensure continued growth for the credit union. - Work within a teamwork environment to develop a retention strategy for new and existing members.
