About the Role: - Own Courier Health's value measurement framework end to end. Define the methodologies, benchmarks, and standards that quantify program impact across therapeutic areas. Build the infrastructure that makes rigorous, scalable measurement possible, and continuously evolve it as our platform and client base grows - Lead the most complex and strategically important analyses in the business. Design experiments, build cohort studies, and surface insights that drive executive decisions. Bring AI fluency to how we collect, process, and interpret data by identifying where automation sharpen our measurement capabilities - Act as the analytical authority in executive client engagements.
