Job description

Role Overview As part of Euroclear’s Corporate Strategy team, you will contribute directly to the definition, execution and evolution of the Group’s corporate strategy . Working closely with senior leaders, Finance and key stakeholders, you will help ensure that Euroclear’s strategic priorities are clearly defined, effectively executed and consistently communicated to the Executive Committee, the Board and shareholders. You will play an active role in monitoring strategy execution and adapting strategic choices in response to market, regulatory and business developments. Key Responsibilities: - Analyse industry trends, market dynamics and regulatory developments to support strategic decision‑making. - Monitor and assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives , identifying risks, opportunities and improvement actions. - Contribute to and lead cross‑functional strategic projects , ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. - Support the strategic planning cycle and investor communication processes, in close collaboration with Finance and other partners. - Prepare high‑quality presentations, analyses and briefing materials for the Executive Committee, the Board and other s...
