Posting: Open to Public Rate of Pay: $14.45: Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Saganing Food & Beverage Supervisor, prepare, maintain, and serve items for all Saganing food venues while offering excellent guest service. Use the MICROS system to close all sales and where appropriate register the sale; accept all forms of payment, register it correctly, and return correct change. Provide proper merchandising techniques to create a positive atmosphere for all guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. - Tend to guests requests for food and beverage in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. - Explain all products available to assist guests with their purchasing decisions. - Compute orders balance using a cash register; prepare bank deposits and record income. - Read and record totals shown on cash register tape and verify against cash on hand. - Quote price and describe features of items for which money is received. - Give cash refunds and/or exchanges for unsatisfactory food or beverage items with managements approval. - Prep, assemble and prepare orders for guests. - Replen...
