Job Summary: The Consultant is accountable for the implementation of new clients’ payroll specifics in the Decidium PME-Web (SBS Clients) payroll platform. He/she is the client's privileged partner, helping the client analyze and implement payroll regulations in accordance with the legislation in order to guarantee the highest level of service. As part of his/her mission, he/she aims to satisfy clients while ensuring uninterrupted service when the client file is sent to the client recurring service team . Responsibilities: - Analysis of client organization (information channel, interface etc.) - Analysis of payroll rules and drafting of the analysis report - Draw-up and follow-up of the schedule, methods and processes in accordance with project deadlines on both ADP and client sides - Ensuring customer service within the framework of the contract - Acting as a liaison between the client and the project group by translating functional requirements into technical specifications and vice versa and clarifying specific requirements with a view to ensuring the accurate configuration of captured requirements - Development, testing and optimization of the information system according to cu...
