Engineering Intern

Job description

Development of college students who are pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering. Intern will be exposed to a variety of projects and activities that will provide an opportunity to apply knowledge and skills learned in college and demonstrate abilities in the workplace. This is a temporary, nonexempt position.  Under the direction of an engineering manager, the candidate will perform simple to moderately complex engineering tasks related to the natural gas transportation industry, including providing assistance on capital projects (design reviews, materials procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and records management) and with various integrity management activities such as soil resistivity testing, documentation of liquid sampling, cathodic protection, and AC interference data. Candidate will also assist in reviewing compressor station and turbine performance data using PI historian and PLC software and would help define report and document data mapping from the PLC to the PI historian and correct issues.
