WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: - Execute the purchase-to-pay process with day-to-day operational tasks (e.g. generate Purchase Orders, process Purchase Requisitions) , collaborate with various stakeholders (requisitioners, buyers, vendors, …) and solve supply-related issues - Coordinate order intake and complete master data maintenance including document collection (e.g. certificates) - Train internal stakeholders to follow procurement guidelines and to use proper platform for request raising - Support in the implementation of procurement strategies - Coordinate non-conformity investigations with internal and external stakeholders WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar field. - Proven working experience in Procurement, Sales or Supply Chain.
