POSITION SUMMARY: The Electrical Engineer I/II supports the design, development, and documentation of electrical systems for marine products. This role focuses on executing engineering and design tasks, developing technical skills, and contributing to product development and manufacturing processes under guidance from senior team members. The position partners with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Supports the design and documentation of electrical systems including wiring, schematics, and harness assemblies for new and existing products. - Assists in developing electrical system layouts and components to meet performance and regulatory requirements. - Creates and maintains technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and work instructions. - Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing teams to support product development and production needs. - Assists in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components. - Supports continuous improvement efforts related to product design, manufacturability, and quality. - Learns and applies industry standa...
