Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night Shift Description: At Saint Francis Hospital the Unit Secretary is responsible for coordinating patient flow on the unit and provides clerical support to the unit. What you will do: - Coordinate patient flow on the unit - Process patient orders - Prepares and disassembles patient charts - Prepares forms and documents required for patient care - Communicates unit related and/or patient related needs to other departments and healthcare team members - Request and obtain supplies and equipment - Answer phones and greeting visitors Minimum Qualifications: - Education : Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
