Job description

Overview The Mass Notification System Administrator is responsible for the management, configuration, maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization's mass notification system and related emergency communication technologies. This role ensures 24/7 operational reliability of infrastructure supporting dispatch, security operations, emergency response, and other system user stake holders. The administrator serves as the technical resource for system management, testing, training, and enterprise deployment to support safety, security and business continuity. - Administer and maintain the enterprise mass notification system, ensuring reliability, system health, and proper configuration. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Coordinate system updates, upgrades, and maintenance with vendors and internal IT teams. - Support deployment and expansion of notification endpoints across facilities, including desktop alerts, mobile alerts, beacons, and digital signage. - Develop, maintain, and manage emergency notification templates, alert groups, and communication protocols. - Conduct regular system testing, drills, and exercis...
