*This position is contingent upon contract award* Amentum is seeking experienced Information Operations Planners to support U.S. Government clients. The role involves advising, coordinating, planning, and assisting in all aspects of Information Operations planning and analysis, in support of Combatant Command operations within the Information Environment. As an Information Operations Planner you will have the opportunity to: - Apply a targeting-like methodology to information and strategic communications planning from the identification of desired effects, through execution and assessment. - Manage the command’s integrated strategic communications process, coordinating with a broad range of stakeholders, and aligning information forces and activities to the campaign plan. - Advise on the nuances between traditional fires/targeting and a cognitive-focused targeting-like process. - Advise and educate core information planners and information forces on the targeting-like methodology needed to achieve strategic objectives in the information environment. - Provide expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment skills, to inform and recommend the creative employment of...
