About the Role The IT Procurement and Asset Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end IT procurement and asset lifecycle processes across North and South America. This role partners closely with IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate purchasing, asset tracking, inventory management, and financial reconciliation. This individual will play a key role in maintaining asset integrity across systems (ServiceNow, SAP), optimizing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement through reporting, analytics, and cost-saving initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage IT procurement processes, including creating purchase orders in SAP and vendor portals based on ServiceNow requests Track and stage IT orders to ensure timely delivery within defined SLAs and provide status updates to stakeholders Receive, inventory, and distribute IT equipment across supported sites and internal IT teams Maintain accurate IT asset records across ServiceNow (CMDB) and SAP, including onboarding and offboarding activities Perform asset reconciliation against vendor invoices to ensure financial accuracy and compliance Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock across multiple locat...
