Position Overview Shift is Saturday-Wednesday 3-11:30p Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, networking, phones and mobile devices. Responds to and runs diagnostic programs, identifies and resolves issues. Escalate issues to level 2 or 3 support when required. Install, modify and repair computer software.
