Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Monitors and updates Occupational Health Management systems as appropriate. - As indicated, administers immunizations such as Hepatitis B, MMR, Tdap, seasonal flu vaccines, meningitis shots and Tb tests to employees, volunteers and students. - Consults with Human Resources in determination of Reasonable Suspicion and Ability to Work reviews related to alcohol, drugs, or other substances. Consults with Workplace Health on ability to work and/or reasonable suspicion results and work status. - Participates Americans with Disabilities (ADA) evaluations as appropriate. Partners with Human Resources in ADA and FMLA evaluations. - Supports Infection Prevention in Body Fluid Exposures and sub follow up, investigation, and process improvement as indicated. - Coaches colleagues in completion of work- related injury reporting. - Provides colleague support for work -related injury follow-up. - Routinely meets with HR Leaves and Workers Compensation Team to review claim status and consult on complex claims. - Supports planning, training and process for annual fit testing of patient care colleagues.
