Role: Intelligence Researcher Department: Crime Services: Location: Maltby: Salary: £28,914 - £31,749 (pro rata) Hours: 18.5: Contract Type: Temporary for 12 months In this role you will undertake research to identify threat, harm and risk issues to the standards as defined within the National Intelligence Model and in accordance with Force priorities and undertake research using a wide variety of sources to assess and evaluate information and inform the creation of intelligence products to support decision making at a strategic, tactical and/or operational level Key responsibilities: Undertake research methodologies to produce intelligence and/or inform analytical products, including collecting, collating, and evaluating information from a wide variety of sources at a strategic, tactical and/or operational level. Provide research support to the Analytical function and wider Intelligence unit on an ongoing basis to help ensure emerging issues, trends and patterns are identified and current issues are monitored.
