What we need: The Sr Sales Compensation Analyst is a high performing contributor responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and validation of sales incentive programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and sales strategy. This role provides data-driven insights to support fair and motivating compensation programs that drive sales performance.
