The Job Details: Provide leadership by efficiently coordinating and executing workflow throughout the warehouse, while prioritizing safety, sanitation, cost control, productivity, accuracy, teamwork, and customer satisfaction in alignment with facility goals. Serve as a visible leader within the Cold Crew, fostering positive relationships with staff and upholding company culture. Advise and participate in employment-related decisions including but not limited to hiring, promoting, and/or terminations. Prioritize, supervise, and direct various warehouse tasks, customer requests, and allocate the necessary labor to fulfill those tasks. Determine if overtime is necessary and seek additional approval from management as needed. Supervise, manage, and respond to incidents, injuries, and near-misses by conducting follow-up investigations and logging reports into the safety tracking system.
