Job Description: - Organizational Leadership : Disciplinary and functional accountability for the Quality perimeter (PA, QA, Inspection training and escalations); fostering a high-performance and inclusive team culture. - QMS Governance : Ownership and continuous improvement of the QMS in line with EN9100, corporate strategy, and regulatory requirements. - Strategic Partnership : Acting as a core member of the management team to align Quality with business success and "First Time Right" objectives. - Product & Project Integrity : Ensuring end-to-end quality across the lifecycle, with a specific focus on transitioning towards small series production and high quality space products. - Risk & Deviation Management : Leading proactive risk identification and ensuring robust resolution of non-conformances and customer complaints. - Independent Voice: Serving as the sovereign authority for Quality matters towards internal stakeholders and international customers/agencies including the shareholder (Airbus DS/SpS/SpP). - Supply Chain Excellence : Auditing and managing suppliers/subcontractors to ensure strict compliance with e. g.
