Job description

You will lead and scale a growing team of Sales Engineers dedicated to supporting Enterprise customers and driving growth across our Central Region. As the technical sales lead, your mission is to own the proof-of-value (POV) process and co-manage customer relationships alongside sales executives to ensure successful deal closures. You will serve as the regional subject matter expert on the Axonius platform, its integrations, and the broader security competitive landscape to solve complex business challenges for Fortune 1000 clients. Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Sales Engineers and collaborate with sales executives to develop account-based penetration strategies and implementation objectives. - Lead the technical pre-sales cycle by conducting discovery meetings, performing technical demos, and owning the execution of proof-of-value (POV) results. - Conduct technical research on the competitive landscape and security ecosystem to provide expert guidance to sales executives, partners, and customers. - Architect technical solutions that address specific customer business challenges using knowledge of the Axonius platform and its third-party integrations.
