Job Title: EMR Analyst Department: PFS Applications: Location: Riedman-Remote: Hours Per Week: 40: Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday-Friday--8.00 am -4.00 pm, On call rotation with teammates required. Position Summary: The primary responsibilities of an EMR Analyst include developing an in-depth knowledge of the software with primary focus in the application or area of his or her assigned support area. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting reported issues within the software and analyzing the root cause in order to determine resolution. The analyst is responsible for design, build, test, validation and support of the software on an ongoing basis. The analyst must work collaboratively with other application teams and operational owners. Key Responsibilities: Effectively communicates to end users and leadership regarding build changes and project plans. Assists end-users on proper use of the application. Implements approved changes based on customer-designated priorities.
