Leading Hand Responsibilities: - Lead crew during mustering and day-to-day operations - Train, guide & support station staff in cattle handling and safe work practices - Assist in implementing livestock programs, supplement strategies & grazing rotations - Report livestock condition, pasture metrics & operational progress to management - Coordinate toolbox talks and drive WHS compliance - Assist with planning, maintenance schedules & asset management - Step into Head Stockman duties when re...
