Job Summary/Basic Function: TCIT Media Service's is seeking a Classroom Technology Specialist Assistant for daily operations. CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Classroom Technology Specialist Assistant will be responsible for the following: - Assist Faculty with using classroom technology. - Provide classroom-related technical support. - Set up video capturing and conferencing cameras, webcams, and microphones. - Troubleshoot and resolve all classroom technical, video conferencing, and capturing issues. - Assist Media Service Techs with the deployment of computers (both software/ audio visual hardware) for classroom, Department & Event space installations. - Maintain and replace classroom-related hardware components and devices. - Set up PA systems, microphones, and digital audio recording devices. - Create and prepare technical materials for both classroom and internal use. - Train all work-study Media Technicians on basic classroom set-ups, video conferencing, and capturing procedures.
