As a Shift Operations Process Technician , you will support safe, yielding, and efficient fab operations by leading all aspects of production flow, implementing safety measures and environmental standards, and delivering shift‑based operational activities! We will work cross‑functionally with operations, manufacturing, IT, facilities, and automation teams to resolve issues, sustain production systems, and implementing process improvement. Shift Operations Technicians address issues that detract from fab performance through containment, partner concern, documentation, and communication of non‑standard events! Shift duties include lot management, first‑level troubleshooting, data analysis, and support of scheduling and automation systems to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and output goals are met.
