Position Overview: The Head of Revenue Operations is one of the most operationally critical seats at Pflegewegweiser. This is not a “manage billing” role. You will build and lead the revenue engine that sustains our ability to scale care — ensuring accuracy, compliance, visibility, and speed from claim creation through reimbursement and cash collection.
