The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered critical care to acutely ill adult patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity Intensive Care Unit. Working as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, the ICU RN delivers comprehensive nursing care using evidence-based practice, advanced technology, and sound clinical judgment to support optimal patient outcomes. The ICU RN is responsible for continuous patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, critical thinking, and compassionate care. This role requires the ability to respond effectively to rapidly changing patient conditions and to communicate clearly with providers, patients, and families. Job Description: Primary Responsibilities 1. Works collaboratively with members of the CareTeam to ensure that patients receive skilled nursing care that meets their individual needs.
