Job Summary Job Description: Under general supervision, maintain a pristine and comfortable Customer Visits Suites environment while offering exceptional hospitality to Medline guests and team members. Responsible for the energy of the space being focused on delighting Medline guests and team members. Responsibilities: Responsible for the look and feel of the entire Customer Visits Suites space. Assist in ensuring all guests’ needs are met. Welcome customers, Medline team members and sales leaders in an enthusiastic, poised and professional manner. Greet and direct guests and division presenters to appropriate conference rooms when in Northfield. Responsible for meeting suite set-up and tear down. Create and present table tents, welcome screens as part of meeting set-up. Provide AV support before and during each meeting. Print group photos and provide these to sales leaders at the end of each Customer Visits. Provide thank you notes to sales leaders. Ensure professional yet welcoming displays of food, snacks and beverages, continuous cleanliness of each suite with beautiful in-suite displays.
