Description SHINE Technologies is seeking an Environmental Specialist who will be responsible for implementing the requirements of SHINE’s environmental compliance programs. The Environmental Specialist will work with the SHINE Director EHS-RP to interface with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements and commitments. This position works as part of a collaborative team of EHS personnel to drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across multiple SHINE facilities. The base salary range for this position is $83,000 - $120,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Duties and Responsibilities of the Environmental Specialist: - Prepare, review, and submit regulatory correspondence (e.g., permits, reports, forms) to the applicable regulatory agencies (e.g., NRC, EPA, WI-DNR). - Interface with numerous government agencies in support of SHINE environmental compliance programs. - Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and programs related to environmental compliance. - Perform audits of facility environmental programs,...
