Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 1 year of experience in the video, media, entertainment industry. - Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, or relationship development. Preferred qualifications: - Project management experience, using project execution frameworks, with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects at the same time. - Knowledge, experience and relationships with the Canadian YouTube content industry. Preferably in sports and gaming. - Objection handling, managing sensitive communication, and basic agreement negotiation. - Track record of achieving product adoption, content and growth goals for external partners. - French language skills would be a valuable asset. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation of small and large events, writing and delivery.
