Position Overview: The Preservation Material Applicator is a key field role responsible for applying pavement preservation materials safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. This position plays an essential role in ensuring project success by maintaining proper application techniques, supporting safe work zones, and contributing to overall crew productivity. Key Responsibilities: Material Application & Quality: - Apply sealcoat, slurry, and other preservation materials using appropriate tools and techniques - Ensure consistent coverage, proper thickness, and high-quality application - Monitor material conditions and adjust application methods as needed - Perform surface preparation tasks, including cleaning, edging, and minor repairs Equipment & Worksite Operations: - Conduct routine equipment checks and b...
