Job description

We have an excellent opportunity for a Functional SME – Time & Scheduling to support the delivery of the MyTime + MyPay program at Downer. This is a 2-year maximum term contract, with strong potential for extension , contributing to a large-scale transformation to simplify and standardise our time-to-pay landscape. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, configuring, and validating UKG Workforce Management Time & Attendance and Scheduling capabilities. You will ensure time capture, scheduling processes, pay rules, and compliance requirements are accurately translated into system logic, supporting consistent, compliant, and scalable workforce management practices across the organisation.
