What will you do?: A day in the life of an Industrial Engineer at VF looks a little like this. As the Industrial Engineer, you are responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing engineering initiatives that improve productivity, throughput, and safety within VF’s distribution centers. You would partner closely with operations and leadership teams to implement sustainable continuous improvements solutions. As the Industrial Engineer, you are a strong communicator, collaborative, and a problem-solver with a passion for data-driven decision making. How you will make a difference: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the distribution center’s systems, including automation and warehouse management systems. Identify continuous improvement projects, and leverage lead methodologies to implement changes that improve productivity, throughput and safety.
