Description and Responsibilities The DD Clinical Team is made up of services designed to create in-home and community-based services to support adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorder, in combination with mental health challenges. The goal of the clinical program is to maintain individual stability and effective functionality for people served in their homes, group homes, and out in the community by providing clinical services such as coaching supports, group therapy, and individual therapy using therapeutic skill-building interventions such as DBT-informed Skills System treatment model. In this role, the Clinician will provide mobile clinical case management support to individuals in the Central West area of Massachusetts- including Worcester County, North Central Area and the South Valley area. They will coordinate with other members of the treatment team, including family members, DDS, day programs, personal providers, and allied health providers, including the VNA.
