What it's about We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to be a part of a high performing team. The HR Generalist will report to the Regional Head of Human Resources in Broomfield, CO. In this role you will support employees and managers in the entire employment lifecycle. You will work closely with employees, key contacts in business, colleagues in the Centers of Expertise, and external service providers. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who prioritizes the client’s experience, is resourceful and adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This role will be hybrid: 4 days onsite/1 day remote. Key responsibilities of the role will be: - Support Regional Head HR with strategic business initiatives - Collaborate with a variety of global HR functions and contribute to process efficiencies, global standardization and project work - Lead the employee lifecycle activities for our US, Canada, and Brazil offices, including: - Onboarding and offboarding – lead orientation for new joiners and exit process for leavers Manage employees’ internal transfers and assignments - Manage employee leave cases, including coordination of...
