Job Summary The Inventory Control Quality Assurance (ICQA) Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy in the warehouse by verifying the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. They must confirm accuracy and customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Compensation: Supervision: This position is frequently managed by the DC General Manager or Assistant DC Manager. This position supervises the Inventory Control Quality Control Team and Returns team. Qualifications: - Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals - Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity by accurately and efficiently verifying items picked - Maintain product identification and location program - Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them in a timely manner - Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations - Safely utilize forklifts and power jacks to move warehouse materials according to proper safety instructions and as directed - Review inventory counts and balance accuracy, auditing adjustment rep...
