JOB TITLE: Senior Shape Designer LOCATION: Head Office, Moorgate, London: CONTRACT: Permanent, Full-time: HOURS: 35 hours over 5 days per week (Working Monday - Friday) PAY RATE: Between £35,000-£45,000 per annum (depending on experience) We have an amazing opportunity to join the Design team at our Head Office! We are looking for a passionate designer to support both the design team and our in-house production. The role will revolve around analyzing the womenswear market and submitting new and updated shape ideas, as well as being fully integrated into our in-house production to provide support in each process from concept to delivery. What we desire from our team: Market awareness, ability to research for directional and comparative trend and product direction, preparing tear-sheets. Conduct print, shape and fabric analysis through competitive shops, working collaboratively with Print Designers. Research global trends, materials, colors, and silhouettes to inform seasonal direction. Interpretation of trends into commercial design.
