We give you a world of potential The Account Consultant 1 is responsible for the initial review of incoming legal correspondence, which includes various types of subpoenas complaints and other litigation filings; curative title requests; and borrower inquiries with federally regulated response guidelines. The initial review of legal correspondence requires the CCT Account Consultant 1 to navigate internal and external legal databases and review legal instruments to ascertain ownership of the underlying property or account associated with the legal correspondence.
