About the Team: The Business Operations team drives efficiency, alignment, and execution across the NA Global Business Solutions organization, supporting Key Accounts, Agency, and Product & Client Solutions departments. We combine strategic thinking with operational rigor to help these teams scale effectively, make data-driven decisions, and deliver impact through insights and tools needed to achieve their business goals. This position is for an existing vacancy. About the Role: As a Business Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of Business Operations and play a key role in project and program management, supporting the Canada Key Accounts & Agency department in achieving its business goals. You will turn complex information into actionable plans, manage projects that exceed stakeholder expectations, and deliver best-in-class service to both internal and external clients.
