Overview As a Steampunk Scrum Master , you’ll be asked to serve as the Scrum Master on an Agile AI-enabled software development team. Contributions: - Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams supporting high-priority client initiatives, ensuring effective delivery of technical IT projects - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and promote adherence to Agile principles and best practices - Guide teams in understanding and applying Agile methodologies, fostering an Agile mindset and alignment with client values - Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to support project planning, define scope, and maintain delivery schedules focused on incremental value - Monitor project progress and prepare/distribute status reports, ensuring transparency into team performance and delivery outcomes - Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate and resolve impediments impacting team performance - Remove roadblocks and distractions to enable teams to remain focused, productive, and effective - Support team development by mentoring members, fostering accountability, and promoting continuous improvement - Manage stakehol...
