About the Role: Our TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER are customer-facing technical advisor and architect responsible for owning long-term customer technical success and value realisation for Acceldata’s strategic enterprise accounts . Our TAM acts as a trusted technical advisor and architect, partnering closely with Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), Product, and Engineering to translate customer business priorities into multi-quarter technical success plans, align product capabilities to customer needs, and enable predictable account expansion . This is a high-impact, consultative role focused on customer & Acceldata outcomes.
