Scheduled Hours 37.5 Position Summary: The Administrative Coordinator plays a central role in supporting the Taylor Family Center for Student Success (TFCSS) by managing both daily office operations and the delivery of high-impact student programs. This is a dynamic, service-oriented position that ensures the smooth functioning of the Center while also helping to implement key initiatives, including the Center’s signature programs and campus-wide events such as First-Generation Celebration Week. The Administrative Coordinator works closely with the TFCSS leadership team, staff, student workers, and campus partners to foster a welcoming, organized, and student-centered environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. It combines front-facing responsibilities with behind-the-scenes coordination, contributing to both the efficiency of the office and the success of student-focused programs.
