Our buildings are centrally located, close to major University campuses and vital transport links. What are we looking for?: As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-maintained, safe, and clean for our residents. You will assist in carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and inspections while supporting the wider site team in delivering excellent customer service. In particular making sure the tests and checks have been carried out and logged and maintenance items have been inspected, repaired and logged as such. This is a part time role, 22.5 hours per week.
