The ALTEC Associate Engineer Program is a competitive one to two year program for new engineering associates to accelerate professional growth by providing training, exposure and experience in a variety of key functional areas that impact our business. The associate engineer will work in collaboration with leaders and mentors on the ALTEC Engineering Team who can contribute to their career development in addition to helping them build technical and leadership skills.
