We are seeking an experienced and guest-focused Bar Manager to lead our bar and beverage operations. This is a guest-facing role responsible for delivering outstanding service, maintaining high standards, The Role: As Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the hotel bar and lounge, ensuring exceptional service, product quality and compliance with licensing regulations. You will manage the bar, cellar, orders, control stock and work closely with the Food & Beverage and events teams to deliver seamless guest experiences across the property. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be expected to lead by example, coach colleagues, contribute to the drinks menu development and support commercial targets for the outlet.
