Job Summary: The People & Culture Recruiter, Campus will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates to fill entry-level and intern positions in a specified market. This role coordinates recruiting activities, develops and maintains relationships with campus placement offices and faculty, takes responsibility for the firm's brand and image on the college campus as well as provides recruiting teams with guidance on recruitment processes and will be the point person for students. Job Duties: - Recruits on college campuses to fill entry-level and intern positions, including but not limited to interviewing candidates - Acts as primary recruiting point of contact for key client groups regarding specific candidates - Acts as primary contact for candidates throughout the recruiting life cycle while enhancing a candidate’s opinion of the firm by providing an inclusive portrait of our culture, services and benefits - Develops and maintains relationships with faculty, career office employees, students and the campus recruiting teams - Selects and trains internal client service volunteers to represent the firm on campus - Develops relationships with client service professionals and pro...
