Technical Recruiter Due to continued growth within our Technology team, we are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Technical Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. Job Duties: Talent Sourcing and Outreach: Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking. Utilize Boolean searches and other advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates. Conduct initial outreach and build relationships with potential candidates. Candidate Assessment and Screening: Conduct in-depth technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Evaluate resumes and portfolios to ensure alignment with job requirements. Coordinate technical assessments and screenings with hiring managers and technical teams. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
