Description: ATCO Frontec is seeking a 4th Class Building Operator to join our RP North team in Yellowknife, NT. The 4th Class Building Operator is responsible for performing various skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain a 24/7 facilities operation. Responsibilities include maintaining the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, building envelope, landscaping, fire monitoring systems Where We Work and Live: ATCO Frontec provides preventative and corrective maintenance services for our customers throughout Yellowknife and the surrounding areas. Our maintenance teams are mobile, and travel to other sites may be required – Inuvik, Whitehorse, Rankin Inlet, Iqaluit. Responsibilities: Qualifications: Minimum 4th Class Power Engineer Certification, preferably with experience with Biomass Boiler Systems and/or Heating Oil, Minimum 5 years’ experience is required. Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract is required.
