Job Type Full-time, Contract Description: Alaska Northstar Resources is hiring! We are seeking a Scrum Master/Deputy PM to take on a role that is yet to be awarded. This is a hybrid remote role, and the selected candidate shall be within commuting/driving distance of an installation that allows routine SIPR access and be available to perform SIPR activities as required. The Scrum Master/Deputy PM will be responsible for, but not limited to the following: - Support Agile execution and delivery cadence, including participation/leadership in Agile ceremonies (release planning, sprint planning, standups, refinement, retrospectives) consistent with Government-approved Agile methodology. - Support backlog hygiene and decomposition (epic/feature/story decomposition into developer tasks) and assist the Prime in maintaining delivery momentum and removing impediments.
